Reservations will be confirmed with a deposit of one half of the total expected.

The balance is due within 14 days of arrival.
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to expected arrival.

A $20 cancellation fee will be charged on late cancellations.

Any refund will be based on ability to re-rent reserved cabin.

	Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am. Let us know if any extra time is needed, or if you will be late arriving.
	We welcome cash, personal or business checks, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
	Rooms are non-smoking
	We have a two night minimum. There will be an added fee should an exception be made. We have a three night minimum on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.
